The Alenia Group is focused on achieving excellence through the investment in critical technologies and manufacturing processes that can be applied throughout its product range.  For Alenia North America, this has translated into the establishments of Centers of Excellence in North America with specific technologies and skilled staff focused on a clearly defined application.

The inspiration for the term, "Center of Excellence," comes from Alenia North America's parent company, Alenia Aeronautica, which boasts several such centers in Italy.  Alenia North America's Centers of Excellence focus on the following products.

A leader in Military Aircraft

Since 1917 Alenia Aeronautica has been designing, building, maintaining and modifying aircraft.  The aircraft that Alenia has designed and developed are in service around the world.  From trainer aircraft to light attack to cargo transport and maritime patrol and boarder surveillance.

A leader in Commercial Aircraft and Aerostructures

Alenia North America  and its parent company Alenia Aeronautica have worked to create strong relationships with the major aircraft manufacturers in North America.  For the last 40 years we have been present in North America, supplying products to first McDonnell Douglas and now Boeing. We are proud to continue this relationship on the new advanced composite Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
